Aircraft Maintenance Program Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

Flexjet is currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Quality Assurance department as an Aircraft Maintenance Program Analyst. This position will be responsible for the administrative management of the Company’s aircraft computerized maintenance tracking software system CAMP ®. Successful candidate shall have strong organizational skills with comprehensive knowledge of corporate aircraft inspection programs and ability to interpret FAA Airworthiness Directives and technical data. This position will report directly to the Chief Inspector.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the aircraft computerized aircraft maintenance system CAMP ® for each model type operated, ensuring all airframe, engine, apu and appliance maintenance inspection requirements are tracking per manufacture recommendations
• Modify fleet templates provided by CAMP ® on airframe, engine and apu for new aircraft models inducted into the operation
• Monitor fleet airframe, engine and apu Aircraft Maintenance Manuals (AMM) revisions and promptly update the aircraft computerized maintenance tracking software system to ensure regulatory compliance
• Design custom tasks in the aircraft computerized aircraft maintenance system for airframe, engine, apu and appliances to meet regulatory compliance requirements and company reliability programs
• Monitor ICA’s, FAA AD’s, SB’s, Company Programs and any other aviation technical documents that impact frequency requirements for company operated aircraft
• Perform electronic and manual data migration missions which are entering and exiting the aircraft computerized maintenance tracking software system
• Perform and lead daily, weekly and monthly internal evaluation audits within the aircraft computerized aircraft maintenance system to ensure company programs, systems, processes and procedures are effective and meet FAA regulatory compliance requirements
• Coordinate Company Program Manuals (Flexjet Inspection Program) revisions
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant license (A&P) preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in related field is desired; and/or 5 years experience in an aviation environment
• Experience in aircraft maintenance inspections and auditing

• Must have a general working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of Windows and MS Office programs
• Must be a self-starter capable of performing without direct supervision and able to work with others in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required
• Successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual who works effectively under pressure and within time constraints
